The Employer Hub: How does it help employers?

The Employer Hub offers a comprehensive, expert and free recruitment service to employers, whether you’re looking for full or part-time staff, work experience students or apprentices. We can help with the whole recruitment process: defining the skills your organisation needs; advertising your vacancies to Nescot students; finding and screening recruits; arranging interviews to your specifications; organising the job offers for you; and even preparing new employees and offering them ongoing support once they’ve started work. This comprehensive level of service and support, both for your organisation and your new employee, also makes it easy for you to take on an apprentice or intern even if you haven’t done this before.

The college offers full and part-time vocational courses and apprenticeships to students aged 16 to adult, with subjects ranging from Animal Care, Hair and Beauty and Construction, to Biomedical Science, Computing and Teacher Training.

The Employer Hub is situated in our new Skills Park. It is open from 9.00am until 5.15pm from Monday to Friday in term time and during college holidays. You can contact staff by calling 020 8394 3051, emailing employerhub@nescot.ac.uk, or just dropping in.
