Sports Facilities

Sports Hall

The main four-court Sports Hall can be used for a wide variety of activities and is available for hire by individuals and clubs during weekends and evenings throughout the year.

The hall has a granwood sprung floor, which was resealed during summer 2001.

Activities the hall can be used for include:

  • Badminton
  • Five-a-side football
  • Roller hockey
  • Basketball
  • Cricket
  • Table tennis
  • Tennis
  • Short tennis
  • Netball
  • Volleyball
  • Pole Vault

Gym

The fitness suite in the Nescot Gym contains 30 stations comprising of both cardiovascular and resistance machines, along with a small section of free weights.

There is a separate stretching area, which contains abdominal trainers and a selection of lockers for gym customers only.

Pitches

Nescot also has extensive outdoor sporting facilities including:

  • Five football pitches
  • Rugby pitches
  • Mini soccer pitch
  • Hard Court Area, which can be utilised for football, tennis and netball

Bookings

Bookings can be made either as a one off, up to seven days in advance (eight days for leisure pass holders) or in a block, initially 10 weeks then up to a year at a time.

A block booking can only be taken for those wishing to hire the whole hall.

Booking Cancellations

To cancel a booking you must contact the Sports Centre at least 48 hours prior to the commencement of the booking, otherwise a full charge will be made.

Private Hire

All of these facilities are available for private hire, including a fully equipped clubhouse with changing rooms, meeting areas and bar with panoramic views across the Surrey Hills.
