3. High levels of student satisfaction

94% of learners surveyed (1621) in 2012 were happy overall with their course and 94% also said that they would recommend the college to a friend.

4. Strong progression to Higher Education

At the time of writing our learners are holding offers from universities including Exeter, Surrey, Kent, Bangor, Bournemouth, De Montfort, Goldsmith’s, London School of Fashion, Reading, Sheffield Hallam, Nottingham Trent, St Mary’s, Roehampton – and many more.

5. Industry investment in our curriculum and learners

Nescot has strong links with employers and skills councils. This industry input means that our courses offer the skills that employers have identified as the ones they need in their field of work. Employers help with the design of assignments, with relevant visits and guest lecturers, with entrepreneurship and employability schemes and with high quality work experience.

6. Personalised teaching

One of the main reasons students come to study with us is the personalised approach to teaching at Nescot. At every point in your studies we will provide you with the tools to succeed. This means you can expect to receive personalised tuition when and where you need it.

7. Award winning staff and students

Nescot’s teaching staff are unique because they have excellent industry experience, with many still working at high levels in their fields. This year students have won national and regional skills competitions and Nescot staff have been recognised for outstanding work in their fields of expertise. They understand the career your education is leading to and can help you get the qualifications, skills and experience you need.

8. Career building progression

Our range of courses have been carefully put together to enable you to progress from one level to the next - as long as you are successfully meeting your targets - all the way to degree level.

9. Safe, green campus

Unlike many colleges, we have a single site, set in 70 peaceful acres of green belt with a safe learning environment.
