Very Important Pets and Nescot College are proud to announce their specially created pet sitting courses.
This course is aimed at professional pet sitters, dog walkers, veterinary staff or those with an interest in starting out in the industry.
|Study Type:||Part Time|
Course runs on Saturday and Sunday, 10.00am - 4.00 pm.
Dates are 26th and 27th November 2016. Future dates will be confirmed in April 2017.
This course is split into modules and you will receive a certificate endorsed by Nescot College at the end of the weekend. There are both theory and practical elements to the course.
We believe that there is a real need for this course in the pet sitting industry as there is nothing like it out there at the moment. We hope that by running this course we can set the standards high for pet sitters and give all clients and their pets the best service possible. We would like all pet sitters to work to a certain standard and by attending this course we believe that we can achieve this.
Registration will open at 9.45 am on each day and there will be refreshments available from 9.45 am too. Lunch and light refreshments will be provided on both days. Please note that your own pets should be left at home. There may be some outdoor working and practical animal handling so please come dressed suitably. You will receive a certificate indicating all modules you attended.
Modules will include:
The cost of the weekend is £200 including all materials and a buffet lunch on both days. Registered Veterinary Nurses can apply to attend just the Sunday for £100 which will include a certificate for 6 hrs CPD. Places are limited and will go quickly so book fast.
