Accounting: Level 2 AAT Certificate - Part Time Day/Evening
Course DetailsThe QCF is a new framework for creating and accrediting qualifications. The NVQ system will no longer be available.
There are three levels:
•Level 2 Certificate in Accounting – 24 credits
•Level 3 Diploma in Accounting – 41 credits
•Level 4 Diploma in Accounting – 41-44 credits
If you do not wish to complete the full scheme, you may attempt one level.
In addition to College attendance, you will need to spend several hours each week on home study.

Entry RequirementsThe course is suitable for anyone who is 19 or over whether or not in current employment. The applicant should have a GCSE in both Maths and English at Grade C or above or equivalent qualifications and evidence of these should be brought to the interview. If you do not have these qualifications you will be required to satisfactorily complete a basic skills tests in numeracy, literacy and comprehension. All applicants will be required to satisfactorily complete an AAT Initial Assessment which will be followed by an interview with one of the AAT tutors.
