Apprenticeships - Information for Employers

An apprenticeship enables anyone aged 16 and above, with no age restriction, the opportunity to learn a profession by combining on-the-job training with underpinning knowledge and skills to achieve their apprenticeship qualification. Apprenticeships at Nescot range from IT/Computing and Combat Systems Engineering to Business, Hairdressing, Childcare, Teaching, Motor Vehicle, Construction and more! Ranging from 1 – 4 years. Some apprentices will attend day release while others will acquire all of their training on the job.


Nescot has an experienced and dedicated team of staff in the Employer Hub to assist with the recruitment and matching of suitable candidates for your organization. The Employer Hub is situated in the main Reception area of the College so is easily accessible to students and visitors alike.
