Learning objectives include:

  •  Know the main differences between Word versions 2003 and 2007/10
  •  Achieve general familiarity with functionality on all ribbons
  •  Be able to create, edit, save and close a document
  • Know where to locate Word Options to customize Word
  • Be aware of options to ‘Prepare Document for Distribution’
  •  Know the main differences between Excel versions 2003 and 2007/10
  •  Achieve general familiarity with functionality on all ribbons, by creating, editing, saving and closing a workbook
  • Know where to locate Excel Options to customize Excel
