Upgrade to Office 2007/2010 Level 1 Evening

This is a five-hour course that will be delivered over two evening training sessions.  The course is aimed at those who are familiar with older versions of word processing and spreadsheet software but need to learn how to use the most recent editions available for work or home use.

Learning objectives include:

•  Know the main differences between Word versions 2003 and 2007/10
•  Achieve general familiarity with functionality on all ribbons
•  Be able to create, edit, save and close a document
• Know where to locate Word Options to customize Word
• Be aware of options to ‘Prepare Document for Distribution’
•  Know the main differences between Excel versions 2003 and 2007/10
•  Achieve general familiarity with functionality on all ribbons, by creating, editing, saving and closing a workbook
• Know where to locate Excel Options to customize Excel
