New Face at the Gas Academy
Since August, Nescot’s cutting edge Gas and Electrical Academy has had a new face at the helm. Tony Rees is already well known to many in the trade from both his years running his gas and heating firm and as head of Nescot’s plumbing department.
Priorities for Tony, who started at British Gas when he was 16, are to manage the Academy’s already enviable reputation and take advantage of its unique positioning within a large successful FE college.
Unlike some training centres, staff at the Academy are both experienced gas, heating and electrotechnical experts and highly skilled tutors. The Academy team will quickly identify which learning style will suit a trainee best and use this to deliver the information. This means you and your staff qualify faster and better.
The Academy’s location within Nescot keeps overheads down while delivering the best possible training with the latest technology and equipment.
Prices are competitive because all you pay for here is your training.
Finally, trainees count as part of Nescot college, which means you have access to all of the opportunities and services on offer to the learners.
These include excellent sport and leisure facilities, subsidised eateries, state of the art Learning Resource Centre and much more.
Nescot’s Gas and Electrical Academy offers all the industry standard qualifications including City and Guild Certificates and Electrical Part P qualifications and can work with groups and organisations to tailor times and prices.
