Nescot’s Foundation Learning students invited the campus to join them for afternoon tea on Monday in aid of Marie Curie Cancer Care.
The learners spent the morning preparing all manner of delicious treats and the college’s students and staff wasted no time in tucking into the cakes, scones, biscuits, meringues and Victoria sponges on offer, all washed down with a cup of tea or coffee.
Students Marion Harris and Goran Dubrovac made themselves busy collecting donations. They were certainly hard to miss, wearing bright yellow Marie Curie Cancer Care hats!
In total, the afternoon tea session raised a fantastic £112.14. Well done to all the students and staff involved.
