escot student Emily Jackson’s original music was performed by the Epsom Symphony Orchestra during the Tango Fiesta concert at The Epsom Playhouse in May. Her piece, written specially for the evening proved to be so popular an encore was arranged in order for it to be played again.
“It was an amazing experience to hear the piece that I had written played by a full orchestra,” Emily said, “but to have it played again as part of the encore was even better!”
Emily's piece is due to be performed again at a charity event for International Needs at Hever Castle on Saturday 25th June.
