Nescot’s hairdressing students held their annual hair show at the college’s Adrian Mann Theatre last Monday (April 22).
More than 80 students took part in Colourtastic, with learners from Levels 1, 2 and 3 courses spending the day creating hairstyles, make up and outfits for models for the evening catwalk show.
Level 3 learners showcased bridal looks, while a panel comprising Clive Patterson and Charis Smith from L’Oreal and former Nescot student Rosanna Mills judged the competition for Level 1 and 2 students.
“It was a great evening, and the staff felt very proud of the students,” said lecturer Kelly Zerouk.
“We had a lot of people congratulating us afterwards on how it went, and saying they were impressed by what the students created.”
