Carpentry students have been given Eastwing hammers to reward them for their hard work this term.
Jim Murphy, Head of Construction, handed out the gifts on Monday to Level 1 students Ryan Enver, Jack Knight, Billy Farley and Elliott Powell.
The students have been working together with Carpentry staff on a bench for Toyota’s headquarters in Burgh Heath, with Ryan designing the bench to Toyota’s specifications.
Jim said: “They have been doing a great job and working very hard, and we hope that the hammers we’ve given them will be useful to them as they continue their studies at Nescot.”
The department rewards the hardest-working students with donations of tools each term.
