Health and Social Care students raised £218 for Children in Need on Friday (November 13) by holding a cake sale.
The second-year Level 3 students made and sold the items to staff and fellow students around Nescot, while tutor Dr Jilly Binks-Swain dressed in a home-made Pudsey outfit to help sales.
“We’re delighted to have raised so much money for Children in Need,” said Julie Bates, Head of Health and Social Care and Childcare.
“The students worked really hard on the fundraising, and we’re all grateful to everyone who supported them by donating.
“Children in Need is a really worthy cause, and we know the money that the students have raised will be put to good use.”
