“It was noticed that Nescot is considered to be very responsive to requests for its service. For example, schools that might wish to send students with additional needs for a visit. Whilst this might not be something that has been undertaken previously, there is always a ‘can do’ response. Evidence was collected that illustrated how highly Nescot was thought of in its care of client groups.” ( Matrix inspection of Advice & Guidance services, November 2019 )
