Do you sometimes find it hard to recruit new staff with the right skills or qualifications? 

We listen to businesses across the region and plan future curriculum to support your needs and contribute to the post-Covid economic recovery. 

If you are a business owner or senior manager, we'd love you to help us meet current and future skills needs by joining one of our Employer Forums. These involve short meetings, conversations and feedback opportunities, so we can better plan, deliver and evaluate our curriculum to meet employers' requirements.
