Enrolment for University-Level Applicants

Before your enrolment appointment you need to log in to your applicant portal and check you have completed your Get Ready for College form. Please make sure you have included all relevant qualifications and added the subject, level, grade, and the date.

To access the applicant portal please click here. Please make sure you bring your qualifications with you, even if you’ve already uploaded them.

• You must bring evidence of your identification. We won’t be able to enrol you without this. Please bring your passport with you, if you have one
• You must bring a copy of all exam certificates or results slips that you hold, including GCSEs
• Your offer is conditional on you meeting the entry requirements of the course, so please make sure you bring any documents you need to show this, such as exam results. If you’re not sure about the entry requirements please check on our website
• If your course requires you to have a DBS check (formerly called a CRB check) you will need to bring certain identity documents to your enrolment appointment. You can find out which documents you will need on our website here.
• If your course requires you to have a uniform or other equipment you will need to buy this. You can find out more about this on our website here.

• If you are a non-UK national you will be asked to do a home/overseas assessment form, and you will also need to bring your passport with you to enrol, as well as your residency permit or evidence of your current residency status in the UK. If you are an EU national then the college is required to verify your settled or pre-settled status. You can find out more on our website here.

You will have a chat with your tutor and make sure that the subject and the level you’ve applied for are right for you. You will also be able to talk to specialist teams including Learning Support and Student Finance, and to buy any uniform or equipment you need for your course, and apply for a DBS check, if you need to. You’ll also be given the details for your first day at Nescot.

Enrolment is the process of becoming a Nescot student. Our courses are in high demand, and your place is not guaranteed until you have enrolled. If you are unable to make the appointment we offer you please ensure you are in touch with us by email as soon as possible to re-arrange your appointment.

Students continuing into the second year (or beyond) of their Nescot HE programme need to enrol for the 23-24 academic year. You will be advised when to do so. (If you are in any doubt please contact your tutor or use our contact form). 

Please note, progression is dependent upon successful completion of the previous year.
