Regarding Covid testing: (March 2021)

I just wanted to say a very big thank you to you and your team for organising [the testing] this week…I certainly appreciate the amount of work that had gone into all the organising. The emails have been great, very helpful with lots of detail and answered all our questions. This meant that I was able to talk through everything with [my children] and keep their concerns to a minimum as they knew what to expect…They gave really positive feedback after the test saying everyone was really lovely and helpful.
