Salary £11,117 per annum

Hours 36 per week

41 weeks per year (term time plus 2 weeks)

We are looking to appoint an apprentice receptionist/administrative assistant to work in our busy school office.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to gain valuable experience working within our energetic and vibrant school. The job role is varied and the ideal candidate will be someone with good communication and interpersonal skills, who is highly organised, has great attention to detail and enjoys working in a busy team environment.

Marketing Support Advisor - L3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship

Working for a software development house based in Epsom. Modern offices offer an easy commute and the perfect surroundings for a friendly and creative atmosphere. With more than 20 years’ experience working with private and public sector clients, we have created a range of digital marketing and digital transformation solutions . Looking for a Marketing Support Advisor to assist our diverse range of clients to get the best out of our digital marketing software. You will help our clients with email marketing, marketing automation, website analytics and a range of other digital marketing questions. You will also help to deliver digital marketing communications on behalf of some of our customers and for our own marketing and communications.

You will be trained comprehensively on our software and on the principles of email marketing, marketing automation and campaign management in your first few weeks in the business. We then test your knowledge and work out a plan for your ongoing professional development. You spend far too much time at work for it to be somewhere do you don’t enjoy, so it is important that you can build and maintain great relationships with the rest of the team.

Following the Apprenticeship you will be encouraged to continue with the business and specialise based on the needs of the business and your own ambitions. This could include staying as part of the support team, but also could lead to a role as:

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm
