Customer Service Advisor Apprenticeship

Car Dealership – Epsom

Salary: £18,000.00 to £20,000.00

Key Duties:

  • Provide a knowledgeable, courteous, responsive, and efficient service expressing the brand.
  • Manage all service telephone, email and walk-in enquiries.
  • Meet and greet customers, qualify work, and identify customer’s additional needs at vehicle drop-off
  • Ensure customer expectations and requirements are identified, and successfully managed, throughout the service process including follow up.
  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the Service department workshop, booking work accurately, gathering and sharing all relevant information with the team.
  • Conduct telephone activity to maximize workshop activity with MOT and service reminder calls etc.
  • Maintain knowledge of retention products and services upselling where appropriate.
  • To discuss and up-sell additional work to the customer, where appropriate.
  • Be transparent and conduct efficient handovers fully explaining repairs and invoices for customers.
  • Carry out external inspections where necessary prior to handover to customer

The hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm and Saturday 8.30am to 12.30pm on a rota basis.

Business Administrator – Level 3

Tadworth, £4.50 per hour

A great opportunity working for a company specialising in the design and manufacture and installation of bespoke interior joinery, working with both the commercial and private sectors. The successful candidate will assist in all areas of administration including Contractor Management, Bookkeeping & Accounts, HR and office administration. You will be required to assist in:

  • Risk Assessments and Methods Statements(RAMS) preparation and submission, as and when required.
  • Training of new employees in Risk assessments through Mentor Live
  • Bookkeeping duties, including online ledger posting and documents' filing.
  • Maintaining and managing employee files including timekeeping and holiday management.
  • Attending phone calls and any office management duties, as required.

Business Administrator – Level 3

Dorking, £10,000 - £12,000 per year

Looking to work in the IT sector? We have a vacancy within an expanding organisation who provide IT Support, Cloud, Network, Unified Communications and Security products and services to businesses in Surrey and the South East.

The apprentice role will be required to assist the Business Admin team in supporting the sales team in their ability to sell the products, services and solutions. You must proactively ensure that the needs of existing customers are met and are provided with a friendly, professional, efficient service and ascertain their current and future IT requirements. The successful applicant will be able to work effectively and efficiently with other departments within the company (Sales, Projects, and Accounts etc.) to ensure the smooth operational running of the business.

Field Support Centre Administrator

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, £11,000
