Level 3 Infrastructure Technician - Trainee Support Desk Analyst
A great opportunity for an apprentice to be a valued team member, being a key point of contact for our Software Asset Management Team. You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support to Clients and will manage and maintain call queues and ensure they are progressed in line with service-level agreements.
The role is primarily based in house and working on both computer and telephone. You will be required to spend a large amount of time learning processes and systems as well as doing the job itself.
