This qualification is designed to develop your knowledge of coaching and mentoring skills. The course structure gives the opportunity for the learner to also improve their own skills and develop an understanding of the skills and knowledge required for coaching and mentoring. This is a course for supervisors and first line managers, to support the development of coaching and mentoring skills and techniques of individuals, teams and achieve objectives.

You will be required to produce project information in order to meet the assessment requirements for the course. Assessments are based on a combination of knowledge and skills learned on the programme and work-based activities and experience. This course is available online only.
