A starter course in using computers for work and home life.

Free to eligible students over 19 and unemployed. Prospective students will need to complete an initial assessment to assess eligibility.

This starter course will improve your digital skills and understanding of the world of technology. It is for home and work IT users with little or no experience of using digital and IT systems. Become competent, safe and productive developing new skills and building your confidence in the digital arena. 

This course will include the following: Basic MS Office, sending emails, for work as well as video calling, Whats App, Zoom and Teams.
