Customer Service Practitioner: Level 2 Apprenticeship

The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality. These may be one-off or routine contacts and include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, fixing problems, after care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. You may be the first point of contact and work in any sector or organisation type.

Business Administration: Level 3 Apprenticeship

Apprenticeships are a popular choice for people aged 16 or above, looking for on the job training and the opportunity to gain nationally-recognised qualifications whilst earning a wage. Most of your training will be directly linked to the career you have chosen, gaining practical experience in the workplace.

Customer Services Specialist: Level 3 Apprenticeship

The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. This could be in many types of environments including contact centres, retail, webchat, service industry or any customer service point.

Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 Apprenticeship

Multi-channel marketers will define, design, build and implement campaigns across a variety of platforms to drive customer engagement and retention. In addition, they will be responsible for parts of the campaign within their area of responsibility. As part of the Marketing team, they will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans and will have responsibility for elements of the overall marketing plan. The first point of contact for day-to-day activities in the marketing team, this role will work on their own and in a range of team settings. They work within agreed budgets and available resources. Multi-channel marketers work without high levels of supervision, usually reporting to senior stakeholders. They may occasionally be responsible for decision making on smaller areas of campaigns, but more often will support or influence the decisions of others.

Team Leader/Supervisor: Level 3 Apprenticeship

This Level 3 Apprenticeship has been designed for individuals wishing to start or advance their skills in first-line management, and will equip them with the knowledge and understanding needed to effectively provide direction, instructions and guidance to ensure the achievement of set goals.  Nescot is proud to be working in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) to offer a Level 3 Apprenticeship in Team Leader/Supervisor. www.managers.org.uk

Marketing Executive Level 4 Apprenticeship

Marketing is vitally important to all businesses providing the insight to develop and deliver new products and services to meet ever-changing customer needs. It is the process of researching, developing, promoting, and distributing, products or services through effective channels to engage with a range of target audiences. Occupations in marketing span most industries and sectors and the roles can sit within a specific company/agency that provides marketing deliverables and advice to external clients, or within an internal marketing team, delivering marketing activities to drive that business. Marketing teams work with external agencies to deliver specialist elements of their marketing campaigns.
