We have two exciting apprenticeship opportunities with a IT Software and Services Reseller, providing Software Licensing Solutions to corporate and public-sector organisations. Based in Leatherhead you will be required to work Monday to Friday - 9am to 5.30pm, offering a salary of £16,000.


1st/2nd Line Support

IT technical support are mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them. You’ll be at the busy front-line, dealing directly with employees or the field who have technical issues such as forgotten passwords, viruses or email issues.

£231 - £346 plus potential for increase based on your performance

Level 3 Infrastructure Technician - Trainee Support Desk Analyst

A great opportunity for an apprentice to be a valued team member, being a key point of contact for our Software Asset Management Team. You will be required to provide 1st and 2nd Line technical support to Clients and will manage and maintain call queues and ensure they are progressed in line with service-level agreements.

The role is primarily based in house and working on both computer and telephone. You will be required to spend a large amount of time learning processes and systems as well as doing the job itself.

Level 3 Infrastructure Technician - Trainee Cloud Support Analyst

This role is looking for an apprentice who will provide pre and post-sales support for Bytes’ Microsoft Online Services to our team and our end users including:

  • Onboarding of new customers
  • Ensuring supporting collateral is available and up to date
  • Monitor support in box and handle enquiries in a timely manner

The apprentice will be expected to provide a high level of Support to Bytes’ Online Services Customers and to develop a service that adds value, is repeatable and eventually chargeable.

L3 IT Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship based in Epsom

Working for a software development and consultancy company, first established in 2007 whose principle focuses are with Microsoft Dynamics, and .net and C# development. It is the companies continuing ambition to provide successful solutions to allow the organisations they work with to improve business processes, optimise productivity and increase revenues.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to join an established business and gain the skills to become a qualified Systems Administrator. You will develop both the skill and the knowledge to become proficient to/in:

Marketing Support Advisor - L3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship

Working for a software development house based in Epsom. Modern offices offer an easy commute and the perfect surroundings for a friendly and creative atmosphere. With more than 20 years’ experience working with private and public sector clients, we have created a range of digital marketing and digital transformation solutions . Looking for a Marketing Support Advisor to assist our diverse range of clients to get the best out of our digital marketing software. You will help our clients with email marketing, marketing automation, website analytics and a range of other digital marketing questions. You will also help to deliver digital marketing communications on behalf of some of our customers and for our own marketing and communications.

You will be trained comprehensively on our software and on the principles of email marketing, marketing automation and campaign management in your first few weeks in the business. We then test your knowledge and work out a plan for your ongoing professional development.
