Nescot has courses for school leavers preparing for work in the construction sector, adult career changers and current professionals requiring reassessment or additional skills.
Full-Time for School Leavers: We have entry level courses for brickwork, carpentry, electrical, plastering and plumbing. Once you’ve mastered some basics you can progress to Level 2 or 3, or seek an apprenticeship. If you are not sure which trade interests you, then try them all in our Level 1 Multi-Skills course before progressing.
Apprenticeship Training: We can provide your college training if you have an employer already. If you don’t, then we can help you find one (click here for details). If you are an employer looking for a potential apprentice, or more information on how apprenticeships work, click here.
Adult Part-Time Courses: Evenings and Weekends. A range of courses to help you career-change or develop your skills.
Trade Requalification: Our Gas & Electrical Academy provides courses for existing tradespeople requiring mandatory certification or wishing to expand their skillset.
