Our staff are here to help with apprenticeships and work experience.
The Business Centre at Nescot helps employers find and train apprentices. Our Work Experience Team are there if you wish to offer a student a shorter-term work experience.
Apprenticeships:
We will assist with the recruitment and training of your apprentices, including sourcing and matching suitable candidates.
We can help you set up your Digital Apprenticeship Service account with the UK Government. This will enable you to access funds and incentives.
You and your apprentice will be supported and kept on track by one of our experienced assessors throughout the duration of the apprenticeship.

Our Employer Advantage Skills Exchange is a mutual exchange of ideas and knowledge sharing. Working alongside local businesses and partners, we can align our curriculum offerings to industry needs to support the future of skills development for our students and your employees. Work Experience:
Inspire the next generation by offering work experience or a longer term industry placement. We can help find the right student for you.
We will support you throughout the process. This will include assistance with the necessary paperwork, careful planning prior to the placement starting and ongoing support during the placement.
