This qualification covers the basic elements of how to deliver an excellence customer experience. Students will learn a range of skills from answering the telephone to applying legislation.

These courses are designed to equip students with transferable skills to enable them to “Hit the ground running” when they start work.
Students will prepare for job interviews and practice interview skills, while developing skills required for the local job market.
Students will study personal development and English and maths alongside the vocational pathway.
Fees for 2022/23: £3,000
You can apply online or by phoning our Advice and Guidance Department on 0208 394 3038. You will then receive an email inviting you in for interview. The interview consists of an initial assessment before having a meeting with a member of the teaching team.
During interview students will be assisted to identify additional support needs before establishing the right starting point. Candidates will need to show a desire to attend college before being offered a place.
Please bring a copies of your EHCP to the interview along with a list of previous achievements. We may not be able to photocopy on the day so we would be grateful if you could provide a copy for us to keep.
Confirmation of high needs funding may be required from the Local Authority before enrolment. All offers are subject to Nescot being able to meet the needs set out within the EHCP.

In addition, any changes between the website and the proposed course and services will be notified to applicants at the time of making an offer.
All prices quoted may be subject to change and you will be notified of any such change when any offer of a place is made to you by Nescot.
Should you become a student of the College, this notice shall be a term of any contract between you and Nescot. Any offer of a place at the College shall be subject to the student enrolment conditions and the College’s rules and regulations as amended from time to time.
