Meeting Rooms

The meeting rooms in Nescot's brand-new Skills Park are purpose-built modern, flexible spaces, ideal for meetings, conferences and events. Whether you're looking for a small space for an interview or a 215 seat theatre and facilities for a large conference or performance, we have something to suit you.

What we offer

Our room hire rates start at £20 per hour for one of our smaller rooms. We can also offer catering ranging from a three-course meal in our onsite Indian Restaurant, Rasika, to breakfasts, sandwiches or a buffet lunch. We're happy to work flexibly to meet your needs.

Performance and Conference Spaces

Nescot houses four performance spaces for students and public hiring purposes, including two theatres, a recording studio and a dance studio. The Adrian Mann Theatre has a capacity of 215, the Edwina Porter Theatre is a more intimate black box space with a total capacity of 100, whilst the recording and dance studios can house 12 and 15 people respectively. All have disabled wheelchair access.

Where is Nescot?

Nescot is a 75-acre site in Epsom, Surrey. We have a large, free car park, or if you'd prefer to cycle we offer free secure bicycle storage and showers. We're a five-minute walk to Ewell East station, which has regular fast trains to Victoria via Sutton and Croydon, and a 20-minute walk to Ewell West station, with services to London via Raynes Park. The campus is a 15-minute drive to the A3, and a 25-minute drive to junctions 8 and 9 of the M25.
