AAT Accounting Level 2 Certificate - Part Time (Eve)

Course Summary

The Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT) Qualifications are awarded by one of the world's leading membership organisations for the accounting profession with over 130,000 members in more than 90 countries.

AAT qualifications are universally respected and internationally recognised. Organisations hire AAT qualified members for their knowledge, skills, diligence and enthusiasm, because AAT represents the highest standards of professionalism.

The course is suitable for anyone who is 19 or over on 31 August 2024 whether or not in current employment.

The applicant should have a GCSE in both Maths and English at Grade 4/C or above or equivalent qualifications and evidence of these should be brought to the interview. All applicants will be required to satisfactorily complete an AAT Initial Assessment which will be followed by an interview with one of the AAT tutors.

Successful completion enables you to move on to AAT Level 3 Diploma in Accounting. You may also seek junior employment in a finance role.

*excludes resit fees paid by the student to Nescot

If you are 19 to 23 and do not already have a qualification at Level 2 or over you may not have to pay tuition fees.

• Principles of Bookkeeping Controls
• Principles of Costing
• The Business Environment (synoptic)

In addition to college attendance, you will need to spend between 3 to 4 hours each week on home study.
