Equality and Diversity: Level 2 (Distance Learning)

Course Summary

The changing and diverse nature of our communities poses many challenges for individuals, groups and employers throughout the UK. In order to allow the social inclusion of all people in society, there is a need to bring equality, diversity and rights issues into the mainstream so that they are no longer viewed as something only affecting ‘minority’ groups.

You do not need to have any formal qualifications in order to follow this course, but you will need to demonstrate commitment and motivation to work through the specially prepared distance-learning materials.

The qualification aims to provide a sound preparation for further study and access to a range of programmes, including Awards, Certificates and Diplomas. The specific progression route will depend on the vocational choice of the individual but could include other programmes around diversity or more general study options.

Free if you meet the eligibility criteria (click here for details) and if you complete the course (click here for details of our terms and conditions)
