Cooking for University - 2 day course

The 'Cooking for University’ course is aimed at Year 12 and 13 and older to help prepare students for going to university and the challenges of cooking and feeding themselves on a budget. It aims to reassure those heading off to university, and their families, that they will be able to create ‘cheap, nourishing, hot, tasty meals’ for themselves and their friends. Everything made on the course is available to take home.

Excellence in Customer Service for Hospitality: Level 2 (Distance Learning)

In the hospitality sector, staff are often the forefront of the business and first impressions are vital. This course covers how to communicate effectively, the importance of teamwork and food hygiene.
