Counselling: Level 2 (Distance Learning)

Many people find it helpful and empowering to seek the support of counselling at some point in their lives. People in any situation could benefit from counselling, and those with the correct understanding, knowledge and skills can provide them with support to improve personal well-being. This course does not qualify learners to practice as a counsellor, but is suitable for those who wish to increase their understanding of counselling skills and techniques in order to engage in helpful interaction appropriately. Learners could use this knowledge to complement an existing role, or as a basis for continued study to attain a qualification in this sector.

Counselling Skills - NCFE Level 3 Diploma (Distance Learning)

This qualification is designed for learners interested in using counselling skills as part of their functional role in a wide range of sectors. It is also suitable for those looking to progress towards accredited counsellor status with one of the counselling professional bodies. The aim of the course is to provide learners with more in-depth knowledge of the use of counselling skills in everyday life and work, and the approaches that underpin the use of these skills.

Counselling Skills: Level 3 NCFE CACHE Diploma (Sept - Tue Eve)

This course is designed for anyone that would like to develop their use of counselling skills for use in either personal capacity or in various occupations and professions that requires use of interpersonal skills. This may be learners who wish to progress towards further qualifications, or learners who wish to study this programme in order to complement other programmes (e.g. health and social care, children’s care, learning and development, voluntary and community work).
