Course Overview
This qualification enables you to develop the knowledge and practical skills required to professionally carry out initial and periodic inspection and testing on electrical installations.

Entry Requirements
It is aimed at practising electricians who have not carried out inspection and testing since qualifying or who require some update of training before going on to other City & Guilds qualifications.
What the course covers
Assessment
To achieve this Level 3 Award, candidates must:
- successfully complete one online multiple choice test (60 questions, 120 minutes)
- successfully complete one practical assignment

- IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)
- Guidance Note 3: Inspection & Testing (8th Edition)
- Highlighter, post-it note markers
