T Levels & work experience

T Level and Work Experience (WEX) placements offer businesses a fantastic opportunity to ‘try before you buy’, bringing enthusiastic learners into your organisation while giving your teams valuable support on real projects. These placements allow you to develop new skills within your workforce, strengthen your talent pipeline, and assess potential future employees in a low‑risk way.

Supported internships

Supported Internships provide an additional opportunity to welcome learners who may benefit from a more structured, hands‑on approach. They enable employers to make a meaningful impact while gaining extra capacity across day‑to‑day tasks and key initiatives.

Three options for student placements

Work Experience (WEX) students require only a small time commitment, with each full‑time learner needing 30 hours of placement to support their studies. These placements cover a wide range of subjects and can be matched to your business needs. Hosting a WEX student is a low‑risk way to connect with emerging talent, support local education, and showcase the career opportunities available within your sector.

There are no costs associated with hosting a WEX learner.
