This qualification is ideal for practising or potential team leaders. It will support the development of skills in leading a team to ensure that the team’s work achieves organisational objectives.

Most people are eligible to access our Flexible Learning courses for free, the criteria below outline the requirements for free study.
You must:
- be aged 19 years or above as of 1 August of the current academic year
- have lived in the UK, EU, EEA for the past 3 years, for purposes other than study
- not currently be enrolled on an Apprenticeship
- live in England, in a funded postal code within Surrey, Greater London Authority or a non-devolved area.
