FLEXIBLE LEARNING
Our free online distance learning courses give you the flexibility to study whenever and wherever you want. Open to adults aged 19 and over, they let you learn at your own pace, fit your studies around work and home life, and gain an accredited Level 2 qualification. Courses are free if you meet the eligibility criteria.
FREE online courses for adults
Register for one of our free online courses for adults and build your skills in mental health, counselling, education support, business, digital and more. Courses are fully funded for adults aged 19 or over who meet the eligibility criteria below. Each one is an accredited Level 2 qualification, and you’ll receive an NCFE certificate when you complete it, a recognised step towards a new job, a promotion or further study.
Who can study for free?
Most adults can study our online distance learning courses for free. To qualify, you must:
- Be aged 19 years or above as of 1 August of the current academic year.
- Have lived in the UK, EU, EEA for the past 3 years, for purposes other than study.
- Not currently be enrolled on an Apprenticeship.
- Live in England, in a funded postal code within Surrey, the Greater London Authority or a non-devolved area.
- We may ask to see evidence of residency status and/or evidence of income or benefits status where applicable to grant funding.
Please note that we expect you to finish the course once you complete your full enrolment (details of which we will send you after you apply online).
